Crimes Committed by Russian Military Personnel During the Full-Scale Invasion of Ukraine (as of 26 October 2025)

Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, investigators from the National Police of Ukraine have opened 170,028 criminal proceedings into crimes committed on Ukrainian territory by servicemen of the Russian Federation’s armed forces and their accomplices.

Of these:

• 162,114 – under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (War crimes)
• 9,374 – under Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine)
• 4,591 – under Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaboration)
• 419 – under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (High treason) and others.
